4 Easy Steps to Make a Claim:

The Dell Accidental Damage with Theft Protection claims process is designed to be simple and hassle-free. To successfully submit a claim, you need to follow the four easy steps below.

Step 1
Go to the 'Making a Claim' page and read the instructions.

Step 2
Complete the online Claim Form in full.

Please note: Before completing the form, ensure you have your system Service Tag / serial number (which can be found on your original Dell invoice or on your Accidental Damage with Theft Protection certificate) and / or your Accidental Damage with Theft Protection policy number which can be found on your Accidental Damage with Theft Protection certificate.

Step 3
Attach a copy of your police report and any other supporting documentation that will provide proof of forced entry or assault (e.g. repair invoice, witness statement, photographic evidence). 

Step 4
Press SUBMIT.  If you prefer, you can print the claim form and fax it together with any other documentation to the fax numbers on the Claims Contact page.
